The service advisor was the first person I met upon entering the service department. My first impression could have been better, with no warm greeting, no smile, and little hope that my problem would be looked at any time soon. He ultimately did an excellent job of getting me taken care of.

They diagnosed and then fixed the issue in a timely fashion

Dropped my truck off on Tuesday May 2nd, got it back Friday May 12th, 11 days to fix a torque converter leak is not acceptable. Hire another Diesel mechanic, your customers generally cannot wait two weeks for their vehicle!
